Senior Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role

A leading travel company is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive its sales organisation across Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and implement sales & distribution strategies across the Pacific to achieve revenue targets, growth objectives and profitability. You'll build and lead a high‑performing sales team, identify new business opportunities, and maintain key client relationships across corporate and travel agent channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short and mid‑term sales strategies and annual plans to achieve growth, revenue and market share targets
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and ensure the correct sales mix
• Build and lead a high‑performing sales team with coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and long‑term commercial deals
• Provide sales forecasts and performance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually
• Drive digital transformation and sales automation initiatives
• Foster relationships within the travel industry through active participation in industry events

Key Skills Required

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to engage and energise teams
• Proven ability to set long‑term goals and define market plans
• Confidence and influence over stakeholders with strong negotiation skills

Experience Required

• 10 years in sales leadership across multiple geographic locations, with at least 4 years in Business Development/Account Management
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
• Ability to manage complex corporate customers
• Strong commercial acumen with financial forecasting and budgeting experience
