What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the front and deliver Yo-Chi's signature guest experience.
  • Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and venue performance.
  • Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
  • Drive operational excellence and set the standard for the venue
  • Inspire a high energy environment for both the team and our guests.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).
  • A passion for building team culture and developing people.
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen.
  • Confidence working in fast paced environments.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a hands on approach.
  • A genuine love for guest experience.
  • Motivation to grow your career with an expanding brand.
