Assistant Restaurant Manager
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support daily restaurant management, lead the team through busy service periods, drive crew training, improve guest experience and manage inventory and financials.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team through high‑volume, busy service periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.
- Train and develop crew performance.
- Support inventory control and financial management (P&L).
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a high‑volume hospitality environment.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience managing restaurant financials (P&L).
- RSA certification.
- Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team.
