Physiotherapist

We’re looking for a passionatePhysiotherapistto deliver evidence-based care across theStrathfield Area of Sydney. You’ll support clients throughSupport at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community.

Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

What You’ll Do

• Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
• Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
• Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

About you

• Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
• Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
