About The Role

As a Senior Associate, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, playing a key role in both project delivery and business growth within our Brisbane Infrastructure Advisory team.

You will work across major infrastructure sectors including energy, water, transport, health and social infrastructure, supporting clients from early-stage planning and feasibility through to business case development, procurement and transaction support.

This is a role suited to someone who enjoys shaping opportunities, influencing outcomes and taking ownership of workstreams in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading and contributing to high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions, ensuring compelling, commercially sound and strategically aligned responses
• Supporting business development activities and actively contributing to winning new work, including opportunity identification and client engagement
• Managing and coordinating project teams to deliver outcomes aligned to scope, time, cost and quality objectives
• Leading and contributing to business case development, financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis and feasibility assessments
• Supporting transaction and procurement processes, including market sounding and commercial structuring
• Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex commercial and strategic problemsBringing creativity, innovation and fresh thinking to proposals, project delivery, and client solutions
• Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives

You will have the opportunity to influence significant infrastructure investments while strengthening our Advisory presence in Queensland.

You Will Bring

• Demonstrated experience in tender writing, proposal development or business development within a professional services, advisory or infrastructure environment
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage workstreams and balance multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior clients
• Experience supporting or leading business case development, financial modelling or infrastructure investment analysis
• A strong understanding of the economic, commercial and financial drivers of infrastructure and property projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, persuasive insights
• A highly analytical mindset combined with creative and innovative thinking
• The ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• You are comfortable taking ownership, influencing decisions and contributing to both the growth and reputation of the business.
