Analytics & Reporting Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

12-Month Fixed Term Contract | $130,000 - $140,000 + Super
Our client is a globally recognised, award-winning, high-growth SaaS organisation operating at the intersection of technology and people. With a strong presence across APJ and a reputation for innovation, this business is known for its data-led decision-making and commitment to building world-class talent functions.
This is a unique role sitting at the intersection of data, storytelling, and hiring strategy. This is not a traditional reporting role; it’s about turning complex talent data into clear, actionable insights that shape how the business hires across the region. Embedded within the Talent Acquisition function, you’ll act as the go-to expert for all hiring insights, partnering closely with TA, HR, and senior stakeholders to elevate how data is interpreted, communicated, and leveraged.
