We’re a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand and this is our first dedicated marketing hire —
which means you’ll have real ownership, direct access to the founder, and the chance to
shape how GIMME shows up in the world from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced, driven Marketing Manager to lead GIMME’s marketing
strategy and own execution across all channels. This role combines strategic thinking with
hands-on delivery — you’ll set the direction and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
You’re someone with a sharp eye for brand, strong commercial instincts, and a genuine love
for the fashion and jewellery space. You understand how to build a brand people feel
something about, and you know how to turn that connection into growth. You thrive in a fast-
moving environment, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, solutions-focused energy to
everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Own and lead GIMME’s marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and overall brand growth
- Evolve and communicate brand positioning, voice, and tone to maintain a consistent, premium presence across all channels
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and relevance through storytelling, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh thinking to keep
- Own the marketing calendar across brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key trading periods
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and ecommerce channels, ensuring consistency and commercial impact
- Oversee content strategy, ideation and creation across social media, email, and website – including briefing creators and coordinating shoots
- Coordinate and plan product photo shoots, preparing run sheets and shot lists for seamless execution
- Have an understanding of paid marketing content and what drives acquisition and
- Monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance regularly, using data and insights to inform decisions
Community, Influencer & Partnerships
- Build and grow an engaged brand community through events, activations, and meaningful brand moments
- Identify, pitch, and manage influencer and content creator partnerships end-to-end – from outreach through to reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers and brand partners
- Plan and execute brand events, guerrilla marketing moments, pop-ups, and customer-facing activations
- Engage with the GIMME community online when necessary e.g. responding to comments & DMs, managing closed brand Facebook page.
Ecommerce & Performance
- Work closely with the founder to align marketing activity with ecommerce performance and conversion goals
- Have an understanding of email marketing strategy and work with our agency on campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI with commercial discipline
- Be comfortable working in Shopify
General
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
- Maintain an organised, efficient workspace and contribute to a positive team
- Perform any additional tasks as required to support the overall goals of the business
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of marketing experience in fashion, jewellery, or a premium lifestyle brand (preferably e‑commerce)
- A creative thinker who is ready to have fun, be bold and push the brand into the international spotlight
- Proven track record running campaigns across digital channels – social, email, and paid
- Strong experience influencer and partnership management
- Confident with performance data – you report clearly, iterate quickly, and tie marketing back to commercial outcomes
- Experience coordinating photoshoots, events, and brand activations
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle
- Excellent communicator – clear, direct, and collaborative
- Creative and strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment
