About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Administration Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for residents, families, clients, and visitors. In this pivotal role, you will also provide essential administrative and HR support to the Facility Manager, contributing to smooth daily operations and the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, clients, and stakeholders
  • Provide administrative and HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate personnel and resident records in line with privacy and regulatory standards
  • Assist with rostering, timesheets, and staff communication
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage reception duties, including visitor sign‑in, mail, and deliveries
  • Complete accurate data entry, filing, and record management
  • Support invoice processing, documentation, and reporting

Who We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III/IV in Business Administration (highly desirable)
  • Experience in administration, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or community services
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HR/rostering systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
