Overview

Fusion5 is seeking a Technical Team Lead with deep expertise in integration middleware and a passion for AI-driven development to guide and grow our integration team in Melbourne. The role combines hands-on technical capability with leadership and mentoring to implement smart, scalable integration solutions for ANZ’s innovative businesses. You’ll work with a collaborative team of consultants, developers, and delivery specialists across cross-cloud integration projects.

This role is ideal for someone who blends hands-on technical capability with leadership and mentoring skills. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of consultants and developers, and delivery specialists to implement smart, scalable integration solutions for some of ANZ’s most innovative businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of integration consultants and developers
• Champion technical excellence across enterprise-scale integration projects
• Manage team resourcing, workloads, and professional development
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored integration solutions
• Ensure delivery meets Fusion5’s standards for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in cloud-based integration across platforms like AWS, Azure, and MuleSoft
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for AI/ML and how emerging tech can enhance service delivery
• Strong background in middleware, APIs, and system connectivity
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working with enterprise clients and navigating complex solution landscapes
• A passion for continuous improvement and technical leadership
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
