The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll provide generalist HR support to our practices and employees, working closely with HR Business Partners to drive positive people outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their HR expertise fast-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

· Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and offboarding.

· Assist with case management, including low-level employee relations matters, grievances, and performance improvement processes.

· Coordinate and support HR projects, including engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programs.

· In partnership with HRBP's, ensure compliance with workplace laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

· Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

· Ownership of our Human Resource Information System, ensuring timely updates and clean data.

About You

· 3–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or advisory role.

· Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

· A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Previous experience in healthcare, professional services, tech, or multi-site environments is a plus.
