Workplace Relations, Lawyer – Associate (2‑4 PQE)
Join a well‑respected National Workplace Relations team known for advising on complex matters with national and international clients. You will support clients across a range of sectors including health and aged care, professional services, property and construction, financial services, hospitality, retail, technology and government.
Responsibilities
- Post‑employment restraints, unfair or unlawful dismissal, industrial disputes, compliance with workplace laws.
- Organisational change strategy and management.
- Sexual harassment and bullying.
- Workplace health and safety, and complex workplace investigations.

About You
- Employment, Workplace and Industrial Relations Law experience gained in a reputable private practice environment.
- Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about client service and enjoys the client‑facing side of the role.
