Key Responsibilities

• Lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions
• Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries
• Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
• Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients
• Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge

Desired Skills and Attributes

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
• Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
• Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
• Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
• Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Legal working rights in Australia
