Responsibilities
- Delivering a safe, high quality, efficient window cleaning service to our clients
- Completing window cleaning & facade maintenance jobs at residential, commercial, government and non‑government premises as outlined on your schedule
- Being versatile – using multiple access methods (Rope Access, BMU, EWP etc.) and techniques (High Wash, Pressure Wash etc.)
- Communicating effectively with customers & co‑workers
- Experience in commercial high‑rise window cleaning
- Full work rights in Australia
- Current IRATA/ARAA/SPRAT, or BMU experience
- Current General Induction for Construction card
- Valid Driver's License
- Polite, positive attitude, and solid work ethic
- Punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and find solutions
Advantageous
- Experience in High Wash Systems (Water fed poles); Ladder/Pole Work; Cherry Picker/Boom lifts; and BMU
- Working at Heights certificate
- Your own motor vehicle
- First Aid Certificate
