JDA Hotels, a family-owned business operated by the Feros family, is one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups. The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing staff performance. This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, resolving customer complaints, supervising the inventory, and supporting the team to deliver a premium pub experience.
