The Team

The energy team consists of two partners bringing years of experience to the team. You will be advising on project finance structures for solar, wind, battery and hydrogen projects across Australia.

The Role

The firm are seeking a Lawyer to join the team in Sydney.

You will work across a full spectrum of projects and acquisition financings.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 2-5 years post admission experience with a commercial mind.

Additionally, you will have:

• Interest in the renewables and infrastructure sector.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative and organised attitude.
