Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our Customer Marketing team on a fixed-term contract. You’ll help shape data-driven campaigns by building dashboards, optimising customer segmentation, and delivering actionable insights that drive results in a fast-paced telco environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Tableau) for campaign and performance reporting.
• Develop segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Partner with marketing managers to design, test, and evaluate campaigns.
• Prepare regular reporting with clear, actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Marketing Campaign Analyst position
• Strong skills in Tableau, SQL, and Excel
• Background in telco or subscription-based industries (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud (a bonus).
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
