Base pay range

A$32.00/hr - A$37.00/hr

We're currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the National Manager for a leading global automotive company.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong admin, reporting, and Excel skills who's looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with strong admin, reporting, and Excel skills who's looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Manager

  • Prepare, format, and update internal reports and documents

  • Perform high-volume data entry and database management

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation

  • Support broader project teams with documentation and reporting tasks

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments





About You:

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formatting)

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a busy environment

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

  • Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential)
