Yo-Chi Balaclava is where it all began and now it's time for a makeover! As we near our exciting re-opening, we're looking for a Venue General Manager to lead the next chapter of this iconic venue, make their mark and shape an incredible team.

Since opening our doors in Balaclava in 2012, we've grown to 70+ locations nationwide and expanded internationally, all while staying true to our family owned roots. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate leaders who want to make a genuine impact, build great teams and help us Share the Chi.
As the Venue General Manager, you'll lead from the front, build and develop a high performing team, create exceptional guest experiences and drive strong commercial results.
This opportunity would suit a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and knows how to bring out the best in their team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Yo-Chi Balaclava, setting the standard, building a strong culture and creating a venue your team and community love being part of.
