Location: Melbourne, Australia

  • Enterprise Solution and Architecture Design
  • Multi-Country Roll-out experience
  • Experience in Multiple Salesforce.com Products such as Salesforce Platform and CRM application.
  • Experience with Design and build - clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
  • Experience in implementing Flows, Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components, Batch Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Custom Business Process via Apex and Lightning Technology.
  • Familiar with all the governance limitations across editions of salesforce.com
  • Having Experience in integrating salesforce with external application using third party tools via Platform events, SOAP and REST API Integration
  • Experience in Salesforce Implementation and Enhancements life cycle with multiple geographies.
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD implementations - Release Management with multiple phases.
  • Production Deployment Best Practices
  • 10+ Years of Experience

Role Definition

  • Work closely with Enterprise Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Have ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor the development team on the project.
  • Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
  • Contribute excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Undergo training in Salesforce product features and implementations and act as a Product SME during implementations
  • Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the platform
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Need to be adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining concepts to both managerial and technical colleagues.
  • Able to present sound and well-reasoned arguments to convince others. Adapts to the situation and can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change.
  • Analytical thinking
  • Able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts explore and evaluate them systematically.
  • Able to identify a vision along with the plans, which need to be implemented to meet the end goal.
  • Applying keen attention to detail and organization to work on numerous parts of a system or application at the same time while being accurate and thorough.
  • Ability to quickly understand and master new technology and products.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients/stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Mentoring/guiding staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
  • Strong team building and people management skills are a must.
