Life admin in Australia is broken. Konkrd is flipping it with agentic AI and a brand with real personality. We are looking for a creator who can make Konkrd look as bold as the mission. Someone who can pick up a camera, build a content engine from scratch, and give the brand an identity people genuinely remember.

If you have ever felt underused, under challenged, or trapped behind slow sign off processes, this is your reset.

You will be joining early and helping shape a national brand before it becomes big. You will work directly with founders who move fast. You will have access to real equity with genuine upside. You will create work that actually gets shipped, tested, and seen.

Our base is Carrum Downs and you will be onsite two to three days a week for content, collaboration, and momentum. The rest is hybrid.

What you will own

You will own our creative direction, brand look and feel, posting cadence, full social strategy, video production, and the end to end content lifecycle from ideas through to publishing. We want you to own this, don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.

What you will be doing

You will create high impact organic content that cuts through rather than fills a content calendar. You will shoot and edit video that feels native to each platform and not like an ad. You will turn your ideas, founder ideas, product updates, and customer moments into scroll stopping stories, while building and evolving the Konkrd visual language using tools like Adobe, Figma, and modern AI platforms.

You will stay ahead of the curve using tools like Sora, Gemini, and Midjourney, support launches across brand, product, and campaigns, and work hands on with our digital marketing team to test, learn, and refine what drives results.

What you bring

You bring proof, not promises. You have a strong reel or portfolio that shows you know how to tell a story. You have proven experience creating social content that performs, not just looks good. You are confident shooting and editing video for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and you have solid design skills that elevate the brand.

You have strong copy instincts for short form social formats and are comfortable using AI creative tools. You have the grit, resilience, and energy to keep pace with founders who move quickly.

Bonus Skills That Will Set You Apart

The ability to produce brand assets, landing page layouts, or UI concepts will be highly regarded.

• Lead UX/UI enhancements and design updates.
• Design landing pages, banners, and promotional modules.
