Join our client as an experienced plumber where you will manage a variety of plumbing projects across residential and commercial sites. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery as you handle emergency plumbing, gas repairs, and installations. Directly report to the Director and contribute to maintaining our reputation for top-notch customer service. You will need to think independently on-site, communicate effectively with clients, and charge appropriately for labour and materials.

Duties:

• Manage plumbing projects independently
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs
• Prepare accurate quotes for work to be completed
• Conduct repairs for blocked drains and leaks
• Install and maintain gas, solar, and electric hot water systems
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations
• Provide high-quality customer service consistently
• Complete necessary paperwork for jobs and billing

Skills and Experiences:

• Current QBCC plumbing license required
• Manual driver's license needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Attention to detail with a positive attitude
• Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing
• Police clearance certificate needed
• Cert in plumbing or civil an advantage
