Marketing Executive: Shape customer journeys, power brand growth, and bring bold marketing ideas to life.

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in growing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Team Leader, you'll help execute strategic marketing activities across digital channels while contributing to lead generation, customer retention, and acquisition outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with analytics and thrives in a collaborative environment

DAY TO DAY YOU WILL...

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns
• Track performance against KPIs and key deliverables
• Monitor and improve website performance and content effectiveness
• Support strategies designed to grow customer numbers and engagement
• Analyse campaign and customer data to support informed marketing decisions
• Work collaboratively with sales teams, external marketing partners, and clients
• Respond to and escalate customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints in a timely manner
• Grow and maintain customer databases through CRM activities and KPI-driven initiative
• Create, monitor, and report on paid performance campaigns across search and social media channels
• Assist in the execution of the brand marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

YOU'LL BE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE...

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Completed or currently studying a marketing degree
• Strong time management skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience across digital marketing, website content, email marketing, and social media
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer databases and performance initiatives
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, email marketing, and social media
• A collaborative approach combined with the ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently
