The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our CV Asset Services team, based out of Hendra.
This is a permanent, full‑time maintenance role working across multiple key client accounts — including large commercial and critical infrastructure sites across Brisbane. You’ll be doing what good HVAC techs do best: keeping systems running, fault-finding, servicing and delivering quality maintenance work without chasing short-term jobs.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with a solid team on long‑term contracts, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial and critical facilities
- Servicing, fault‑finding and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Providing practical, customer‑focused solutions to key clients
- Working safely and efficiently in line with standards and site requirements
- Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and your wider team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Hands‑on refrigeration experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Safety‑focused with a good attitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Licences & Tickets (Essential)
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- QBCC Licence
- C-Class manual driver’s licence
