Join a funded startup on a mission to transform credit control for UK SMEs by building an AI-powered platform that automates B2B collections. This role is focused on developing a robust MVP that leverages AI to autonomously manage customer communications across voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You will work closely with the founder, utilizing a modern tech stack and integrating with key third-party APIs to deliver a seamless, scalable solution. The project is remote, with a preference for candidates who can overlap with Eastern European time zones, and targets a launch by May 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the MVP for an AI-driven credit control platform using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn / ui, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle ORM)
• Integrate third-party APIs including OpenAI, Retell AI (voice), SendGrid, Vonage, Xero, and Stripe
• Implement AI-driven communication workflows for multiple channels (voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Collaborate directly with the founder to refine architecture, integrations, and workflows based on extensive prototyping and a clear product roadmap
• Ensure the platform is developed and deployed efficiently on Replit
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and scalability throughout the development process
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application for performance and reliability
