Job description
Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).
Responsible for leading end-to-end SAP testing strategy, governance, and execution across large-scale S/4HANA and ECC transformation programmes. Ensures quality assurance, risk mitigation, and business readiness across SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Define SAP test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and hypercare testing phases
- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee test teams and vendor/SI performance
- Drive test automation and tooling (Tosca, Worksoft, CBTA, ALM, Jira)
- Ensure integration, data migration, and risk coverage
- Report progress to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Key Skills
- 12+ years SAP testing experience with leadership roles
- Strong S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP module knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
- Experience in SAP transformation programmes
- Test governance, automation, and stakeholder management
