Retail Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending products and services that strengthen the growth of their businesses.
• Apply sales techniques with integrity and a customer‑centric approach.
• Support inventory management, including stocktakes, safe dispatch, and handling of retail products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

• Show a proven track record in sales with strong retail skills; prior experience in agricultural products is not required but a willingness to learn across a wide range of products is essential.
• Demonstrate strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Possess a forklift licence (preferred and required for this role).
