Working closely with the Principal, you will lead the delivery of a high‑quality, developmentally appropriate Montessori program while supporting educators to achieve excellence in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Montessori curriculum in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Provide curriculum guidance and transition to school support
• Support + mentor educators in planning cycles, documentation, and reflective practice
• Oversee and monitor Individual Education Plans in collaboration with staff
• Building strong partnerships with families
• Drive the Quality Improvement Plan and self‑assessment processes

You are a confident, thoughtful leader who brings both deep Montessori knowledge and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications You Will Have

• A strong commitment to Montessori philosophy and practice
• Excellent observation and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to build team cohesion and trust
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (Experienced Diploma holders may be considered)
• NESA Accreditation (if you are an ECT)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Montessori setting
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
• Child Protection Training
• Working With Children Check
