Position Overview
Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated activation campaigns across the Sigma Healthcare Group. Drive organizational capability building while delivering measurable business impact through innovative brand activation and customer engagement strategies in the pharmacy retail environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Campaign Leadership & Innovation
- Develop comprehensive activation strategies aligned with Opella’s brand objectives and market dynamics
- Lead cross‑functional strategic planning sessions to integrate activation calendars with broader business initiatives (Marketing, finance, shopper, B&I, RGM, Comstrat)
- Drive innovation in campaign methodologies and emerging channel opportunities
- Establish activation excellence frameworks and best practices across the organization
- Champion omnichannel transformation initiatives to deliver full synchronization
- Drive data‑driven decision making across all activation initiatives
- Stakeholder Management & Partnership Development
- Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with key departments and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with Sigma Group to optimize campaign effectiveness across multiple retail environments
- Lead executive steering committees for major campaign initiatives and brand partnerships
- Develop long‑term strategic alliances with CW leadership and external partners
- Represent the organization at industry forums and strategic planning sessions
- Financial Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own P&L responsibility for activation portfolio with accountability for ROI targets
- Develop multi‑year budget strategies and resource allocation frameworks to deliver true partnership
- Lead investment decision‑making for major activation initiatives and category growth opportunities
- Manage financial governance and approval processes for campaign investments
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining campaign effectiveness
- Market Expansion & Growth Strategy
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for activation expansion
- Develop scalable activation models for pharmacy channel expansion
- Drive omnichannel integration strategies across all customer touchpoints
- Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Drive organizational change management for new processes and technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Mentor and coach team members to build strategic thinking capabilities
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Leadership
- Establish compliance frameworks for all activation activities
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for campaign initiatives
- Establish and streamline regulatory compliance across Sigma Healthcare
