The Role
Your role as a Software Developer, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our white‑labelled SaaS platform to support organisations in inspiring and educating their teams on their journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle. This opportunity is for a motivated, enthusiastic and goal‑oriented individual who has a passion to work in a thriving industry while advancing their career in Software Development.
In This Role You Will
- Actively participate in Agile development ceremonies
- Participate in peer code reviews and daily standups
- Work closely with the team and key stakeholders to understand, break down and size tasks
- Design, implement and test new features
- Support and maintain existing applications
- Ensure code meets security, maintainability, extensibility, and other best practices
- Ensure on time delivery
Skills You’ll Bring
- 4-5 years of experience in software development
- Advanced client development skills in JavaScript framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js, React.js, JQuery, Knockout etc.) (essential)
- Experience in full stack projects including:
- Java or any other modern programming language
- Working with databases
- Unit testing and test‑driven development
- Demonstrated experience with microservices
- Knowledge in containerisation
- Experience with Git or source code control
- Experience with cloud‑based development and deployment is desired, especially within AWS
- A solutions mindset
