Job description
  • Position Title: Coordinator Commercial Contracts, Relief CSC & ESO
  • Salary: Starting at $90,397 per annum.
  • Location: Alice Springs (approximately 70% travel to remote communities)
  • Term: Full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer Council's commercial contracts
  • Support compliance, reporting, and governance requirements
  • Assist in planning and delivering projects and operational initiatives
  • Provide practical advice and support to the Manager Commercial Services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
  • Undertake relief duties across CSC and ESO functions as required

About You

  • Experience in coordination, administration, contracts, or project support
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly to remote communities

Essential Requirements

  • Northern Territory Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance)
  • National Police Clearance
