Job Description
- Create and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
- Coordinate shift changes and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee availability, leave, and preferences.
- Liaise with team leaders to understand staffing requirements and operational priorities.
- Utilise rostering systems to streamline scheduling and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and internal policies.
- Communicate roster updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support within the Secretarial and Business Support team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Workforce Planner will have:
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling within a professional environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and confident communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of relevant workplace compliance requirements.
