  • Personal Care Assistant Casual Role in Panania NSW 2213

    Join a responsive on-demand workforce as a caring and reliable Personal Care Assistant. This casual opportunity based in Panania offers flexible shifts, meaningful client interactions, and an immediate start for candidates with a car, a full Australian drivers licence, and a valid Working with Children Check.

    What Youll Do
    • Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support tailored to individual client needs.
    • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning to promote independence and comfort.
    • Support clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and continence management when required.
    • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding where necessary, following dietary instructions and preferences.
    • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings using your own vehicle when needed.
    • Complete accurate and timely care notes and reports to ensure continuity and quality of care.
    • Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and other support workers to coordinate care plans and goals.
    Who Were Looking For
    • Compassionate, patient, and respectful individuals who enjoy supporting older adults and people with disability.
    • Must have a reliable car and a full Australian drivers licence to travel to client homes and community locations.
    • Current Working with Children Check required; prior experience in personal care or support work is highly regarded.
    • Good communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to adapt to varied client needs and household environments.
    • Ability to work casually with flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
    • Respect for client privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences at all times.
