About the Role:

A great opportunity for a highly organised individual with lots of drive and enthusiasm to leverage their skills and experience in the role of Depot Manager and to continue to develop the Groups’ commitment of providing the highest standard of quality and service to our customers. The role is based at Emerald.

You will report to the Service Manager, Cains and you will be responsible to drive the key account management & customer service, team management and successful operational performance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build effective business relationships with our customers and delivering value-add account management activities. Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate depot staff to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding KPI’s
• Ensure delivery drivers are conducting their duties as per company policy and contractual obligations
• Manage day-to-day depot operations.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years' proven record in key account management in B2B.
• 2+ years' as people manager or experienced team leader.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building strong working relationships.
