Marketing Lead | Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill)
Full‑time | Office‑Based | Global Technology Organisation

About the Role

As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and adapting global marketing strategy for the Australian region. Working closely with international marketing and public relations teams, as well as local sales stakeholders, you will ensure campaigns are effectively localised and delivered with impact. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, supporting pipeline growth, and delivering high‑quality marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with ownership across campaigns, content, events, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing and public relations initiatives aligned with global strategy and brand direction
  • Develop and deliver localised content across digital channels including social media, email campaigns, webinars, blogs, and sales enablement materials
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional marketing events including trade shows, customer sessions, webinars, and networking activities
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities that support lead generation and revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless campaign and event execution
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Research market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
  • Support budget tracking and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources
  • Adapt global marketing assets for local market relevance and effectiveness
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing activity, performance, and outcomes

About You

  • 1‑3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign execution, or a similar role
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to produce engaging and professional marketing materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence in interpreting campaign performance data
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including sales and external partners
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A genuine interest in delivering effective, results‑driven marketing campaigns

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1‑3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign coordination or a similar role, with proven ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating engaging digital content.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and translating data into insights.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across sales, marketing, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Information

  • Full‑time, Monday to Friday, office‑based role in Brisbane CBD (Spring Hill)
  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
