This role will be responsible for ensuring Koda maintains the highest levels of integrity throughout every aspect of our client relationships. As an ambassador of Koda’s quality focused culture, the person in this role will provide exceptional administrative services to the adviser team they support.
A typical day will….
See you providing day to day support to your advice team. Duties will include supporting the team with admin tasks throughout the advice process such as document and client account opening preparation, file noting, data entry and workflow management, reporting & managing CRM systems, meeting and travel bookings and liaising with clients.
