This role supports individuals and families experiencing complex challenges by delivering tailored casework services. You will assess needs, develop and review case plans, and provide practical and therapeutic support to help service users achieve their goals. Working within the Broome Aboriginal Short Stay Accommodation service, you’ll connect clients with appropriate supports, advocate on their behalf, and respond to safety concerns in line with policies and best practice. You’ll also contribute to intake processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and a collaborative team environment. We currently have 2 permanent, full‑time positions available.
