We’re now looking for a Part Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you’ll work
East Ivanhoe is a newly built kinder designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and a love of learning with modern facilities and beautiful learning environments that support children to explore and grow. Our dedicated team are looking for educators that are passionate about high quality education and community connection.
Role Details:
Early Childhood Teacher
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
22.5 contact hours + 11.25 non-contact hours = 33.75 hours per week
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
·Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
·Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
·Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
·Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
·Accredited qualification in early childhood teaching and current registration with VIT
·A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
·Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
·Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
