Details of the role: A weekly group of highly motivated swimmers with a strong group identity, aged 10 to 30 who are training to improve swim strokes, fitness, racing skills, and having fun with friends and peers.
Responsibilities
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Follow the session plan put together by the Head Swim Coach.
- Support swimmers to follow the set of drills.
- Observing, motivating, correcting and providing feedback to clients.
- Joining the warmup and leading this if confident to do so.
- Helping with the timing of the races at the end of the session.
Role requirements
- 16 years and above
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- AustSwim certificate or similar
