Skills & Experience

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support and inspire your team while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves getting involved with the team on the floor
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping an eye on the big picture
• Passion for developing and mentoring future leaders – the next generation of hospitality stars
• RSA certification
