About the Role
Working Monday to Saturday (with a weekday off in lieu), you will be the key contact for our valued clients—guiding them through the entire sales journey with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, backed by industry‑leading systems and training, both internally and through Mercedes‑Benz.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
- Present clients to management and assist in finalising transactions
- Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and deliveries
- Liaise with admin, finance, and management teams to coordinate sales and deliveries
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and match vehicles to client needs
- Prepare contracts and documentation using Mercedes‑Benz proprietary systems
- Resolve customer service matters promptly and effectively
- Uphold company WHS policies and procedures
What We are Looking For
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Previous automotive or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and initiative‑driven mindset
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality
- Current SA driver’s licence
