Hommey is a premium homewares brand that takes its products and its creative seriously. We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of our paid creative function and help shape how we show up across paid social.

This is a role with genuine scope. You will work across strategy, production and team development, with the support of a Head of Performance and a creative team behind you.

The Role

Sitting at the intersection of brand and performance, you will lead creative strategy across paid channels and work closely with a team of specialists. Reporting to the Head of Performance, your focus will be on building creative that is strategic, consistently executed and informed by data.

Day to day, you will be:

• Developing and owning channel-specific creative strategy across all paid social platforms
• Building and maintaining a structured testing framework so every new creative direction generates learnable, scalable outcomes
• Writing scripts, concepts and copy hands-on, keeping Hommey's sensory, lifestyle-led voice intact while driving direct response
• Managing end-to-end creative production from concept to delivery across paid channels
• Analysing performance data including thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS, and translating insights into the next brief
• Sharing performance insights proactively with brand marketing, closing the loop between paid and organic creative
• Leading, coaching and developing the Creative Performance Specialist and Performance Design Team
• Managing UGC creator and freelancer relationships with clear briefs and quality control
• Monitoring competitor creative and platform trends, feeding findings into Hommey's own strategy
• Integrating AI tools into reporting, insight generation and production workflows to extend team capacity

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is as comfortable in the data as they are in a creative brief, and who leads a team in a way that brings out the best in the people around them.

You will likely be a good fit if you:

• Have 5 or more years of experience in paid social creative strategy, with proven performance results in a DTC, ecommerce or digital agency environment
• Know how to develop creative that performs across paid social platforms, with a genuine grasp of what makes each channel tick
• Can move between the strategic and the hands-on, writing a script and reviewing a dashboard in the same afternoon
• Have experience leading or mentoring a creative team, and know how to give feedback that raises the standard of the work
• Are comfortable building and scaling high-performing creative teams, from defining team structure to retaining strong talent
• Bring strong analytical capability and can translate paid media data into clear, actionable creative decisions
• Have proven experience with UGC strategy and creator management at scale
• Write briefs that are sharp, specific and give creatives everything they need to execute without ambiguity
• Have a portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and hands-on execution

It is a bonus if you have:

• A background in lifestyle, home goods, fashion or beauty
• Familiarity with platform-specific creative requirements across a range of channels
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to creative workflows
• Experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
