A fully integrated property developer operating across development, construction, sales, marketing, architecture, and finance. With all core functions in-house, the business maintains complete control over project outcomes, cost efficiency, and delivery, enabling a highly coordinated and agile approach to development.
The group delivers a mix of medium-density projects, typically in the 100–150 dwelling range, as well as townhouse developments and larger multi-stage opportunities. With an active pipeline and upcoming acquisitions, the business is positioned for continued growth, offering exposure across the full lifecycle of development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This Development Manager role will see you take ownership across the full development lifecycle, working on a mix of townhouse and apartment projects from pre-acquisition and planning through to delivery, settlements, and defect resolution. You will operate in a highly integrated environment, working closely with internal construction, design, sales, and finance teams, with immediate involvement across active projects including a townhouse development nearing construction and a large-scale multi-stage apartment project in early planning.
You will be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with strong internal capability and clear career progression. The business offers a defined pathway to Senior Development Manager within approximately 12 months, subject to performance.
