As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: WERRIBEEand surrounds

Hours: Average of 15hoursper week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability: Tuesday to Fridayavailability is essential; flexibility forMondayis highly regarded.

Essential: Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving strongrelationshipswith store personnel
  • Building and maintainingquality displaysin store
  • Negotiating promotional space
  • Executing planograms
  • Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
  • Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
  • Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

  • Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
  • Strong& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to perform thephysical & repetitiverequirements of the role
