The role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Psychologist to join our team at the Berwick Campus. This is a Part-Time, Ongoing position commencing 20 January 2026, with on-campus attendance required during term time.
Preferred working days are Wednesday and Friday, with some flexibility for other days.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counselling services for students, managing individual cases using a systems approach, and referring to external providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client files which meet the requirements of the professional codes of conduct and legal obligations.
- Work collaboratively as a member of the team of psychologists at Haileybury to implement a whole school approach to student wellbeing that builds resilience and connectedness and identifies opportunities for proactive and preventative program.
- Attend parent/teacher meetings, PSG meetings, Pastoral Care meetings, and Future Student Interview meetings as required.
- Facilitate programs accessible to the broader school community including through the delivery of professional development.
- Contribute to NCCD and special provisions submissions.
- Work with parents, teachers, and external professionals in the best interests of the student.
- APAC Accredited Master's Degree, Combined Masters/PhD, Professional Doctorate in Psychology or completed 5+1 internship approved by PsyBA for general registration.
- Psychologist registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency).
