This is a critical hands-on maintenance role supporting linen services operations in a large, well-established facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective and emergency electrical maintenance across plant, equipment, and building systems
- Prioritise and manage work orders to meet deadlines and safety standards
- Provide technical support, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to internal teams
- Assist with quotes, documentation, and reporting on maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and environmental policies
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as required
Requirements
- Valid Queensland Electrical Licence and trade qualification
- Experience in maintenance within industrial, production, or similar environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with maintenance systems and basic Microsoft Office skills
- Current driver’s licence and readiness to participate in on-call roster
- Desirable: ACMA cabling endorsement, Working at Heights, Confined Space, LVR/CPR certifications
