We’re looking for a Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead the quality function.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll drive standards, solve problems, and work closely with the business to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.
If you’re someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and knows how to turn data into action, this role offers real impact.
As Quality Manager, you will provide end‑to‑end leadership of the Quality Management System, ensuring it remains robust, practical, and aligned to ISO 9001 requirements.
You’ll act as the central point of accountability for quality across manufacturing, incoming components, and finished goods, setting standards, monitoring performance, and ensuring issues are identified, investigated, and resolved effectively.
Beyond maintaining systems, the role plays a key part in strengthening how quality is embedded into everyday operations, supporting teams to reduce defects, improve processes, and deliver consistent outcomes for customers.
