Production & Yard Operators (Forklift Required) | Rotating Shifts | Toowoomba

Labourforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-focused operators to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Toowoomba, QLD.

We are recruiting for multiple positions across production and yard operations. These roles offer consistent full-time hours, structured training, and strong long-term opportunities within a stable industrial environment.

Available Roles

Drain Coil Operators (2 Positions)
Primary Duties

• Operating production and packaging machinery
• Monitoring manufacturing processes
• Forklift operations to move finished goods and materials
• General cleaning and housekeeping
• Following site safety procedures and production schedules

Shift Pattern

• 8-hour rotating roster
• Weekly rotation across:
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • 11:00pm – 7:00am

Recycling & Yard Operators (2 Positions)
Primary Duties

• Product handling and preparation
• Operating recycling and bagging equipment
• Forklift operations
• Yard and material movement
• General cleaning and housekeeping
• Maintaining safe and efficient work practices

Shift Pattern

• Initial training on Day and Afternoon shifts
• Transition to Night Shift once trained
• Ongoing rotating roster across production shifts

Pay Rates

• Day Shift (AM): $32.31 per hour
• Afternoon Shift (PM): $37.16 per hour
• Night Shift: $42.01 per hour
• Weekly pay

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or yard environments
• Forklift (LF) Licence highly regarded
• Machine operating experience preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
