We are a fast-growing organisation specialising in industrial engineering products, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Storeperson to join our Kalgoorlie branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, has a passion for customer service, and thrives in a team-focused workplace.

What your Day to Day will look like:

• Assistin the dailyStores and Salesoperations.

• Building relationshipwith customers via phone and email toassistin answering queriesregardingproducts, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.

• Supportinventory management and stock handling asrequired.

• Being the first pointof contact for the branch, service the customers.

Who are you?

• 6–12 months’ experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
• A current driver’s license (essential)
• Mechanical aptitude: knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded
• Intermediate computer skills (including Outlook and general systems use)
• A willingness to participate in ongoing training and embrace new ideas
• A strong desire to learn and develop your skills
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to perform duties in accordance with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures
