What you will do:

• Consulting and selling amazing travel experiences to our customers
• Service phone and email enquiry via our CRM platform (Salesforce) within agreed timelines
• Attend regular training sessions for all aspects of the role – systems, land product, and updates from suppliers
• Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers and product managers
• Work towards individual and team KPIs to build business and incentives

What you will need:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role
• You will have a demonstrated ability to hit KPIs in a previous role
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Exceptional customer service
• Destination knowledge/recent travel experience to our main selling destinations (South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America etc). Travel experience is preferred but not essential, but at least a strong understanding and knowledge of the regions.
• Previous experience working in a call centre environment using CRM software (Salesforce) is preferred but not essential

This is a full-time position based in our new Melbourne CBD office in Docklands, based on working QLD AEST times.
