Join our dynamic Growth Ops team in this newly created role as a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & UX Specialist, a pivotal role focused on enhancing our website's customer experience to drive significant growth in SEO visibility and conversion rates.

Reporting to the SEO & Website Lead, you'll identify and implement key website improvements, championing a customer-first approach. Your work will directly contribute to making our digital platforms more intuitive and enjoyable, translating into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the SEO Website Lead in prioritising and delivering impactful website enhancements.
• Focusing on customer experience outcomes and advocating for the Brand.
• Generating insights from user behaviour analysis to drive rapid, quality improvements.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed UX best practices.

What Experience You’ll Bring

• Ideally, 2+ years in digital marketing, UX, or a website-focused analysis role.
• Deep understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of A/B testing principles.
• Experience with user behaviour tools (e.g.,Microsoft Clarity ) is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for optimisation.
• Excellent communication, time management, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for understanding user behaviour and a curiosity for creating exceptional website experiences that lead to growth.
